RUSH University Medical Center

Graduate Training/Practicum Program

Rush NeuroBehavioral Center is committed to providing a comprehensive and supportive training experience for doctoral level students across the Chicagoland area. Practicum students at RNBC are provided with a steady caseload of patients, live supervision, dedicated individual and group supervision, and weekly didactics tailored to each practicum cohort across areas of neuropsychology and therapy practice. Patients served include children ages 2 through young adulthood with a wide variety of developmental, psychological, and medical needs. Currently we offer practicum experiences in the following areas:

  • Assessment Practicum (Diagnostic and Advanced)
  • Therapy Practicum

Diagnostic/Advanced Assessment Practicum: For more information, please contact our training director, Ashley Lambert at ashley_lambert@rush.edu. Please note that the assessment practicum program does not follow the ACEPT guidelines, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis until all positions are filled. We are currently accepting applications for the 2021–2022 training year. To apply, please submit a cover letter, CV, unofficial transcript, and three letters of recommendation to Dr. Ashley Lambert. 

Therapy Practicum: The therapy practicum program follows the ACEPT application guidelines. An application link will be provided on January 29th at start of business day in accordance with the ACEPT application schedule. Once available, please use the link provided to submit your application material. For more information, please contact the head of the therapy training program, Dr. Dominika Winiarski at Dominika_A_Winiarski@rush.edu.
